Guardian Life Engagement and Service Marketing Manager in New York, New York
Position Overview
The Engagement and Service Marketing Manager will be instrumental in helping to execute the marketing strategy for our existing block of clients. This role will focus on creating innovative awareness tactics and marketing programs, campaigns and efforts that will promote customer engagement, service quality, and overall marketing effectiveness to ensure our products and services resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence to support our marketing initiatives and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive loyalty marketing engagement and service strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company including product management, and sales teams to help execute innovative marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Consumer Advocacy team to support the marketing strategy to help drive engagement throughout all journey initiatives.
Leverage voice of the consumer and field insights along with research to help drive engagement.
Assess channel needs, content and operational enhancements.
Responsible for the development of core marketing materials, including digital content, email communications, customer service literature, and promotional assets.
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities and implement in marketing collateral and campaigns
Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Utilize data- drive insights to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions
Create clear work plans, prioritization and regularly reporting on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve plan
Key Stakeholders
Key stakeholders include Line of Business teams, Marketing, Communications, Compliance, Legal, and Digital teams. This position reports to the Head of Engagement & Services Marketing who in turn reports to Head of IM Product & Field Enablement Marketing.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Significant Experience in marketing, with a focus on customer engagement and service marketing within the financial services or insurance industry.
Experience in loyalty marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and email systems, marketing technology and analytical tools
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work through unstructured problems and develop clear action plans and priorities
Data-driven marketer with expertise in leveraging data to make decisions, drive prioritization and demonstrate impact
Strong presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of organizations
High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
Service and customer-first orientation is a must

Salary Range
$99,190.00 - $162,955.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
