This is a service oriented role in a fast- paced environment for a retail broker/dealer and RIA. This role handles all aspects of order entry for mutual funds, equities, options, fixed income, and annuities. Orders are accepted from PAS Registered Representatives and our end clients via phone or electronically through our clearing firm’s platform. Additionally, this role supports the trading aspect within our proprietary managed account products.

You are

• A professional with thorough understanding of borrowing, margin, lending, SMA, calls, extensions, regulation T, and how to resolve these types of issues.

You will

• Handle all aspects of trade acceptance, placement, and review for equity, fixed income, options and mutual funds, including the review and release of orders entered online by Representatives

• Support our Managed Account platform through Envestnet, including model management

• Support annuity order entry through Annuity net

• Review trades and client transactions including mutual fund shares classes, breakpoints, ROA, LOI, etc.

• Build and analyze bond ladders: Treasuries, Agencies, Corporate and Municipal bonds.

• Ensure that all regulatory and firm margin and options rules, regulations, and trading policies are enforced

You have

• Series 7 & 63 required

• Phone based service experience

• Knowledge of equity and fixed income trading

• Knowledge of Pershing systems & Envestnet a plus

• Knowledge of Structured Products a plus

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Salary Range

$56,680.00 - $85,015.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
